Offering online seems an obvious follow on from the introduction of Standard Clauses. Yooseful have worked with the input of practising Solicitors to develop a system which we can use either in parallel with our own Case Management Systems or as a stand alone offer system. As more firms adopt the practice, the more time it will save us all, not to mention doing away with the risk of faxing to the wrong fax number or having to phone to check an offer has been received."
